TTM stands for time-to-market, representing how TTM's time-critical, one-stop manufacturing services enable customers to shorten the time required to develop new products and bring them to market. **_Scope: _** The Facilities/Maintenance Junior Project Coordinator will report to the Maintenance and the Maintenance Manager. **_Duties and Responsibilities: _** - Working collaboratively with cross-functional team members to plan, implement, and monitor major equipment and facility projects - Developing schedules, resource and material planning for major preventative maintenance, overhaul, equipment relocation and installation, and conduct trailer inventories - Coordinating various machine upgrades, examples include lamination press, drill room vacuum, Hanel Lean Lift, compressor, HVAC replacements - Assist with the coordination of contractors and support cost tracking **_Essential Knowledge and Skills: _** - Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple issues at any one time - Self-motivated with a “let’s-get-it-done” attitude - Must have strong organizational and problem solving skills - Proficiency with MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project - Capable of working independently while handling fluctuating workloads - Ability to handle pressure and can react quickly to changes, and demonstrates ability to "think-on-your-feet" **_Education and Experience: _** - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred **Please note that due to Controlled Goods Program (CGP) requirements, all applicants must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident in Canada.** Applicants may be entitled to: - Shift premium - Registered Retirement Saving Plan (RRSP) and Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP) options Wellness: - Medical and Dental, Health Spending Account (HSA) - Life, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability Insurance - Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
