**Responsibilities**
- Writing and monitoring all purchase order and other correspondence from suppliers and sub-trades
- Opening and monitoring all regular and electronic mails
- Scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings for General managers, managers and other staff
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Create and maintain files, scanning, renaming and filing documents.
- Answering the telephone and other electronic inquiries and relaying information and messages to other departments
- Setting up, maintaining and monitoring online file database management system and data entry
- Recording and preparing minutes for all meetings
- Responding to customers complaints and providing solutions and forwarding work tickets to assigned departments.
- Co-ordinate with City regrading permits, inspections and inquiries on daily basis.
- Maintain and update contact information for the company contact list
- Assist with planning and set up meetings
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Effective communication skills-oral and written
- Excellent computer skills
- Advanced skills and competence in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Power point
- Good data entry skills
- Good organizational skills-ability to multi-task and manage concurrent deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong initiative and ability to work with minimum of supervision

**Experience**

Receptionists experience - 1 year (minimum)

Customer Service - 1 year (minimum)

Note : We can provide help for PR process for students who wants to get their PR status for Canada, if they have finished their respective courses.
