**Position Summary**: The employee is expected to assist a variety of accounting functions, mostly AR/AP, Bank Reconciliation, Shipping, Office Administration, Banking, Filing, Payroll, Month End..

**General Accounting Duties & Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable, including vendor invoice entry after matching with PO and received quantity, vendor payments, and documents filing.
- Accounts receivable, including producing and sending customer invoices and cheque deposits
- Payroll and administration, including timesheets verification, issuing ROE, ordering stationary and other administration tasks.
- Banking duties, if necessary;
- Various filing duties.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of accounting experiences in AP, AR, or general ledger, Banking
- Administrative experiences considered an asset.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and organized

**Salary**: $20-$30 depending on experiences and qualification

Required education:

- Diploma/Certificate

Required experience:
Accounting: 3 year+, CPA Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
