**Role**:Care Team Member (Administration)/ ChildMinder

**Locations**:Milton ON

**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize the flow of people coming to and moving through The WOMB everyday with love.
- Ensures every client is “signed in” to the office at the front desk for appointments and by iPad for classes and workshops.
- Whenever possible gives a full tour of The WOMB, explaining services and Membership benefits.
- Communicates clearly and efficiently with clients to book workshops, classes and appointments with the practitioner they request or give them all options as an entry into care that pertains to their needs.
- Books appropriate classes, workshops and appointments for clients and their families with accuracy.
- Balances all incoming financial transactions (VISA, MC, AMEX, cheques, cash, debits, e-transfers) to the penny every day both electronically and on paper.
- Enthusiastically attends and participates in bi-weekly admin team meetings with input as to how we can fulfill our mission more fully and create an inspiring environment
- Answers all inbound calls with a “smile”
- Organizes, washes and folds hand towels, gowns and sheets as needed throughout each day.
- Washes and stocks dishes and silverware on a regular basis through the day
- Ensures the cleanliness of The WOMB and takes appropriate action to tidy and clean when needed
- Ensure copies of child minding agreement and sign in sheets
- Upkeep of child minding binder
- Ensure cleanliness of toys
- Loving care of children 6 years and under
- Up to 4 children at one time
- Creating a safe and fun environment

**Qualifications**:

- A positive, professional and flexible attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment. Experience using JANE software an asset.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Experience working in a wellness centre an asset.
- ECE an asset

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
