We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic **Home Care Assistant** to help with daily tasks for our family with two young children, ages 2 and 4. This is a part-time position with both live-in and live-out options available.

**Job Details**

  • **Position**: Home Care Assistant
  • **Pay Rate**: $16.57 - $20 per hour
  • **Live-In Option**: Includes a private room ($1,000/month value) and meals, with room and board deducted from your pay.

**Schedule**

  • **Morning Shift**: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • **Afternoon Shift**: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • **Evening Shift**: 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist with child care for a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old, including diaper changes and bedtime routines
  • Help with cooking and preparing meals
  • Light cleaning and general household chores
  • Support with other administrative and household tasks as needed

**Requirements**

  • Experience with child care, particularly for toddlers and young children
  • Ability to manage household tasks independently
  • Must be reliable, caring, and attentive
