your opportunity

The Business Support Specialist is responsible for the timely processing of eligible Wage Subsidies & other government incentives, client expenditure and all revenue claims ensuring they are in line with compliance requirements. 

This role will include:

  • Identifying eligible wage subsidy opportunities and create wage subsidy agreements in a timely manner. 
  • Providing oversight of post placement support verification to ensure claims and appropriate wage subsidies and other government incentives are maximised. 
  • IEA & TTW outcome and service fee claiming. 
  • Conduct administrative activities consistent with contractual and legislative requirements and ensure accurate records are maintained & filled securely. 
  • Nurture effective relationships with employers to encourage repeat business, and a high level of placement support for our employers on wage subsidies. 
  • Ensure all wage subsidies and other government payment incentive commitments are processed in accordance with evidence guidelines and within the required time frames.  
  • Provide guidance to employers and the team on labour market concepts, opportunities, and employer incentives 

This is a Parental Leave cover position with an end date of 04 January 2027

  • Strong computer literacy, administrative skills and demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
