**Position Available for Receptionist in a Physiotherapy Clinic - Fort Sask.**

Fort Saskatchewan Clinic - 35 to 40 hours per week

Must be Flexible to cover other shifts when necessary

**Hours**:
Monday to Friday

8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Looking for A Self Motivated Receptionists to work at Physiotherapy Clinic

**Starting Wage: $16.50/**hour after 3 months probation wage increase to $16.75/hr

*Must be a team player.

*Must be able to Multitask

*Must be Friendly and enjoy working with the general public

*Must be able to take direction

*Must be able to work the above hours Monday to Friday.

*Must be able to prioritize and understand that our Patients are important

*Must be able to work the above hours

You will be required to answer phones, direct inquiries, book online appointment book, laundry, filling, have accurate computer skills, billing, explain funding to patients, payments, submitting reports, walk-in patients set them up in cubicles with hot pack or ice pack, schedule appointments, pulling charts for the next day. As will be responsible for cleaning of the clinic/ getting everything ready for the next morning. Which includes vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, pulling charts, filing charts away, organizing and making sure the clinic is ready for the next morning.
