Pay:
- Employees: $33.00–$34.93/hr to start + 9.6% vacation pay
- Subcontractors: $45.00+/hr (based on experience & leadership)

We're growing and looking for a Residential Team Leader who can independently run kitchen or bathroom renovations from start to finish — owning the site, leading the crew, coordinating trades, and delivering a clean, professional result without hand-holding.

What You'll Be Doing
- Independently leading kitchen or bathroom renovations from demolition to completion
- Acting as a working leader — hands-on while coordinating carpenters, labourers, and subcontractors
- Reviewing scopes, drawings, and plans to ensure accurate execution
- Managing daily site logistics, sequencing trades, and solving issues as they arise
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites at all times
- Conducting site inspections and enforcing safety standards
- Communicating clearly with homeowners and the office team
- Tracking budgets, materials, and progress using Jobber, CompanyCam, and our PO system
- Mentoring and supporting crew members to improve efficiency and workmanship
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to independently run a kitchen or bathroom renovation
- 5+ years experience in residential construction or renovations
- Strong hands-on skill (high proficiency) in at least 3 of the following:
Drywall, Taping, Painting, Texture, Tile, Framing, Finish Carpentry, Flooring, Window & Door Installations, Kitchens, Bathrooms
- Confident blueprint reading and project coordination
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional English communication (required)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license, reliable vehicle, and basic tools
Preferred Assets
- Journeyperson Carpenter, or licensed Plumber/Electrician with renovation experience
- Experience using Jobber, CompanyCam, or similar software
- Safety certifications and current First Aid
