We are hiring a Senior Exterior Working Foreperson to lead and grow our exterior division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run crews, work on the tools, and deliver consistent, high-quality results across siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and roofing projects.

This role carries real responsibility, real authority, and top-tier pay.

Pay (Leadership Level)

Employee:

  • $42.00 – $48.00/hr to start
  • + 9.6% vacation pay
  • Truck/fuel & cell allowance for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the working foreperson — on the tools daily
  • Lead exterior crews on:
  • Vinyl siding
  • Hardie & fiber cement siding
  • LP & specialty siding systems
  • Aluminum soffit & fascia
  • Continuous eavestrough
  • Oversee and coordinate in-house roofing crews
  • Plan daily work, assign tasks, and maintain production targets
  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs and company standards
  • Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
  • Train and mentor developing team members
  • Coordinate materials, deliveries, and sequencing
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff
  • Track progress using CompanyCam & Jobber

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years residential exterior construction experience
  • Proven experience as a Lead Hand / Foreperson / Crew Lead
  • Strong leadership and crew management skills
  • Deep knowledge of siding systems, flashing, ventilation & weatherproofing
  • Roofing experience (installation or crew oversight)
  • Ability to read plans, scopes, and elevations
  • Valid Class 5 license, reliable vehicle, full tool set
  • Clear, professional English communication
