**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responding to technical issues submitted to the Help Desk and acting as a first point of contact for employees within the Firm requiring assistance and logging them in the Help Desk Ticketing System;
- Provide friendly and professional Help Desk service;
- Documenting all incidents and steps taken through to resolution;
- Troubleshooting and identifying issues with mobile devices, as well as assisting with initial configuration of new mobile devices; and
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in related field;
- College diploma or university degree in information technology, business administration, computer science, comparable work experience and/or a combination of technical certifications;
- Professional services or law firm experience would be an asset;
- Experience using and supporting soft video conferencing and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom;
- Proven ability to adapt to changes in technology and implementation of new workflow processes and procedures;
- Experience working with an ITIL compatible ITSM tool is an asset; and
- Excellent customer service.

**Working Conditions**
- On-call, after hours availability for emergency situations;
- Sitting and standing for extended periods of time;
- Lifting and transporting of heavy to moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals;
- Works autonomously on day-to-day matters, establishing own priorities but adhering to firm operating policies and procedure
