**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support by assisting clients with troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, both remotely and on-site as needed.
- Manage help desk tickets, ensuring efficient resolution of client inquiries and technical problems.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Install and configure hardware and software for clients, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing updates and guidance on technical issues and solutions.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions for future reference and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive IT solutions and support to clients.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity protocols to protect client data.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Working Hours and Availability**:

- Regular business hours, with on-call availability for urgent on-site and remote support during off-hours.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma in computer studies or a related program.
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
