Techdoz is committed to being a company of the highest quality in every aspect of the business. We are on the search for a Full Time IT Support Technician Level 2, to join our expanded team to maintain our clients full technology needs.

**Areas of Focus**

**Microsoft 365 / Entra**
- Infrastructure as a Service provisioning and configuration
- InTune/M365 management and administration
- Remote PowerShell

**System Administration**
- Server management and administration
- Desktop and Server Anti-Malware services
- DNS and Print Server administration
- InTune/M365 management and administration
- Windows 10/11 servicing and in-place upgrades
- Patch Management

**Network Support**
- Configuration, deployment and maintenance of network devices
- Proactively using performance-monitoring tools
- Diagnosing network issues

**Tier 2 Support**
- All desktop/laptop/servers
- Application and general software support

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of working experience in IT technical support or related technical position
- College Diploma or University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- M365 / Azure administrative experience
- Networking / Security experience
- A+ certification, Network+, or Sec+ is an asset but not required
- Strong documentation and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, manage time, meet deadlines, multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel (Across Canada)

**Security Requirements (As Required)**
- Level 2 - Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
- Level 3 - Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC)
- RCMP’s Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) certified criminal record checks

**Other Info**
- Travel Allowance (mileage / mobile device) provided

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
