**About the Position**:

- The Powder Coater position requires attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the willingness to learn proper techniques.
- If you are looking for a job that produces immediate results and exposes you to new products and projects daily, then we may have a position for you.

**Duties**:

- Powder Coating (priming and top coating) customer goods.
- Identify and source required powder for jobs in the schedule.
- Assist with powder weights and time tracking.
- Clean out of booth and coating equipment.
- Communicates with Lead Coater and Coating Assistant to ensure the flow of parts.
- Attend and contribute to daily production hurdles and training as required.
- Perform other general labor duties on the shop floor as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Capable of reading and writing in English.
- Able to safely lift to 50 lbs.
- Actively engage in problem-solving, not problem-naming.
- Effective at time management.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow a process to completion.
