Element Shades is a rapidly growing company in the awning, roller shutter, patio cover and outdoor lifestyle industry providing high-quality shades and to clients in Vancouver.

We are currently seeking skilled laborer to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers. Your roll will range from loading and delivering to participating in all of our installation efforts.

Training will be provided as we carrier a number of unique products.

As a member of the Element Shades team, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals who are committed to excellence. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their work, have a strong attention to detail, and are committed to delivering outstanding results.

They should be able to work independently, manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities include with training, but are not limited to:
Lifting heavy and bulky product onto trucks.
Installing shades, shutters, screens and other related general labor using appropriate tools and techniques
Communicating effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product and collecting payment.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
Basic experience in various construction disciplines and mechanically minded.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
good communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation to the shop and a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift and carry up to 85 pounds

**Salary**: $23.50-$35.00 per hour
