**Job Overview**
We're searching for **motivated and dependable General Laborers** to join our restoration team You'll assist with cleanup and recovery after a fire, flood, or other property damage, as well as activities such as demolition and asbestos removal. This profession involves physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team setting.

**Duties**
- Assist with fire and flood restoration clean-up, and debris removal
- Support asbestos abatement (with proper training/PPE)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

**Qualifications**
- Comfortable working in dusty, dirty, or wet environments
- Safety-conscious with a strong work ethic
- Experience in construction or restoration is an asset (not required)
- Asbestos certification is a **plus** (but we can assist with training)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
