**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Monitor the curing process and adjust equipment settings as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the coating process.
- Utilize hand tools and machinery for fabrication, assembly, and repair tasks as required.
- Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials throughout the facility.

**Qualifications**
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to coating processes.
- Experience in lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery, including welding and machining equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Previous experience in powder coating or similar roles is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained after hiring.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- powder coating: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- english,punjabi (preferred)
