**Financial Controller**

We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced Financial Controller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day financial and accounting function of the company. Provide all the reporting, commercial insights and how finance can continuously improve and drive the growth of the business.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the various accounting operations
- Draft and present to the Directors the financial report and financial prospectuses, produce financial statements as requested
- Manage Billing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Identify accounting and financial issues and suggest timely solutions,
- Establish cost structures, productivity optimization and capital efficiency while closely monitoring cash flow and taking relevant actions to improve capital. (Manage the budgeting and forecasting)
- Manage quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Oversee the onboarding of new accounting software
- Develop and adhere to company policies and procedures

**Requirements**:
**Job requirements**:

- 5 years or more of experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
- 5 years or more of combined experience in accounting and finance
- Advanced degree in accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred but not required
- Outstanding knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Experience with creating financial statements and general ledgers
- Good understanding of accounting software
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Excellent time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and adept at solving problems.

- Windows 10 or Windows 11 Home/Education/Professional/Enterprise
- PC Processor: Intel i3 8th generation or Intel i5 / i7 / i9 (2.0GHz & up) *Must be 6th generation & up /or/ AMD Ryzen 3 / Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 / Ryzen 9 (2.0GHz & up) *Must be 2nd generation or Higher

- Screen: Laptop - 15.6'' & up / Desktop - 20'' & up (The use of two screens is recommended but not required)
