Tibro Group is looking to hire a full-time **Property Administrator** to join our team.

Tibro is a real estate company focused on developing and operating purpose-built rental housing in Southern Ontario. We design, build and manage developments of 50+ units by working with top professionals, fostering positive relationships with municipalities & the community, and creating trusting relationships with our residents. We are currently in a rapid growth phase, and are looking for an energetic, driven individual to join our team.

**Position Summary**
- Property Administration:

- Update rent trackers with current rents; evaluate which tenants have rent delinquencies, then promptly and accurately complete & send N4s
- Complete and send N1 notices based on RTA rules; monitor timelines and obligations for rent increases
- Follow up with tenants for non-payment of utilities or other bills; accurately complete and submit appropriate LTB forms
- Schedule and submit work orders for completion; coordinate with operations and construction teams for completion of work
- Prepare mass and individual communications for tenants; complete and send notices of entry to tenants
- Respond to all inquiries/communications from tenants in a timely manner
- Manage & maintain tenant information databases and rent rolls; set-up payment methods
- Receive and administer sublets, assignments, termination notices; inform utility companies of changes in occupancy
- Compile & analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for leasing activities
- Research:

- Research, compile and analyze rental market data to determine potential rents
- Conduct regular audits of active marketing efforts to identify inaccuracies and errors
- Research & analyze grants, incentives, programs, rules/regulations, etc.
- General office duties such as ordering supplies, checking mail, etc.

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years’ experience in property administration or related work within property management firm
- College Diploma in accounting, business or similar is preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Focused; enjoys completing tasks quickly and efficiently; detail oriented
- Entrepreneurial mindset with very strong work ethic
- Strong communicator & problem solver
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
