We’re looking for a **motivated Buyer’s Agent** who will be the trusted guide for clients from the first conversation to the final sale. Your mission is to provide expert support at every stage of the home-buying journey, ensuring clients feel confident and excited every step of the way.

**Compensation**:
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
- Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market
- Follow the team plan
- Set buyer appointments
- Lead follow up

**Qualifications**:

- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
