**Compensation**:
$85,000 - $167,500 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads for potential clients
- Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills
- Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent
- Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients
- Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents
- Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- ** To be considered for this position as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent you must possess a valid Real Estate License**:

- Prior experience in sales is required for this role
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective client interactions
- The role offers commission opportunities as part of the compensation package
- Additionally, having a valid Drivers License is a mandatory requirement
