As a _**Business Intelligence Analyst**_, you will provide analytical support for the organization and assist in development and maintenance of corporate data collection, processing and reporting systems.
- **What you will do in this role**:_
- Collaborate with IT and external partners to define and maintain the data pipeline.
- Maintain the extract, transform, load (ETL) process, data validation and data cleansing through quantitative and qualitative checks to measure the success of the migration as well as detect defects.
- Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor and analyze performance to support business objectives.
- Develop enhanced data processing for automation of reporting where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales, operations, and corporate strategies through the collection and consolidation of data-driven analytics.

- **Ideal qualifications for this role include**:_
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and one or more BI visualization tools (Power BI *Preferred*, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
- Strong grasp of data concepts, database design, warehouse design, data transformation
- Expertise in developing data reporting and migration solutions within SQL Server, SSRS, or other ETL tools, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau and Qlikview.
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Azure data factory/ Power Apps/ API considered an asset.
- Strong ability to extract, prepare, manipulate and analyze large amounts of data to draw appropriate conclusions.
- Experience showcasing analytical results to business users via verbal and written communication.
- College diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with a retail organization.
