We are currently recruiting for an Operations Business Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Systems & Planning, you will provide data analytical support, project management and governance in the day-to-day operations of the organization.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Working with all aspects of the business to analyze and understand current business processes
- Develop strategies and process improvements that can be presented to senior management to drive and improve operations within our warehouse operation
- Gather data from multiple systems and tools that can be consolidated to provide accurate information
- Analyze data and develop reports that will aid in improving overall warehouse operations.
- Develop scorecards and metrics that will be used in the development of strategic business decisions
- Create presentations that clearly turn data into information
- Conduct process flow mapping and value stream mapping sessions to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifies gaps and trends and performs analyses to determine root causes and develops recommended solutions
- Standard Operating Procedure development for the entire organization

**Experience/Knowledge Required**
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent
- 3+ years Business Analyst experience, specifically within Supply Chain and Warehousing
- Strong experience in creating business cases
- Experience with warehouse systems an asset (ie RF Pathways, SAP WMS)
- Familiar with obtaining and maintaining organization certifications (ie ISO, BRC, GFSI)
- Self starter, works efficiently and can produce high quality work
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to comprehend complex concepts
- Excellent facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process designs and implementation to multiple stakeholders

**Salary**: $1.00 per year
