- **Job Purpose**_
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Recruitment and Onboarding**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and conduct comprehensive onboarding programs.

**Employee Relations**
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate regular communication between staff and management.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

**Performance Management**
- Implement performance appraisal processes, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.
- Develop training and development programs.

**Compliance and Policy Management**
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and clinic policies.
- Conduct regular audits and update clinic policies.
- Communicate policies effectively to all staff.
- **Qualifications**_
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare or dental office setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and knowledge of recruitment platforms.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 per week
