An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing Health & Wellness practice with all its systems and procedures in place. **We are looking for the right person to join our Member Services team and undertake the following duties, with an anticipated start date of September 9, 2024**: - Reception duties - meeting and greeting patients, which often includes sitting at a desk for prolonged periods during a shift - Working with a team of Member Service Representatives, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Personal Trainers, Kinesiologists - Helping hold self and team accountable to systems focused around our core values of serving our Member and the greater team long-term Join our rapidly growing business in an area with unlimited potential for new ideas and initiatives. We are an innovative practice that is dedicated 110% to helping our members get better and more importantly, stay better. **We seek someone with the following traits**: - Extrovert - Loves to meet and interact with new people (this "fills" your cup) - Known by friends/family as bubbly/optimistic, the life of the party - Has gratitude for daily life and sees the cup as always at least half full - Often referred to by others as a team player & coachable - Absolutely confident on the phone - Neat & organized - On-time means at least 15-mins early, as far as you're concerned - Appreciates & flourishes within systems & Standard Operating Procedures - Experience using JaneApp is a huge plus, and a general bonus if having sales and/or reception experience.
