The Calgary Winter Club is Calgary’s premier private family Club, situated in northwest Calgary on the edge of Nose Hill Park. The CWC offers an outstanding employee experience; we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy their work and have a successful work-life balance.

We are looking to fill a full time position as a **Member Services (front desk) Representative** who is able to work a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Our work environment is ideal for an individual who possesses great team energy, motivated, believes customer service is a way of life and enjoys working in a fast paced, challenging and changing environment.

**What you will do**:

- Retain strong familiarity with the Club’s facilities, hours of operation, and schedules
- Greet all members, guests, and staff; display an enthusiastic and genuine demeanor at all times
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely manner, and escalate as necessary
- Process registrations, reservations, court and locker bookings, phone inquiries, and cash out
- Assist in the maintenance of ‘first response’ procedures for medical and other emergencies
- Process sales and payments for Club services and amenities

**What you will need**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills with 2-3 years’ experience
- Takes initiative and ownership of task
- Solutions oriented and proactive in nature
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Office computer skills and comfortable using multiple computer programs
- **First aid** an asset
