**Type**: Contract / Part-time
- Provide support to the Executive Leadership: manage calendar, prepare agendas, draft correspondence, and book meetings
- Maintain and monitor an accurate and timely list of action items to alert the Managers and Supervisors of deadlines on action items
- Document creation and control, data entry, and general clerical duties relating to projects;
- Assign routine requests for information to the appropriate Risk Control team member
- Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance reporting such as HR, budget, travel and training costs, projects
- Draft invoices and receive accounts payable
- Book maintenance appointments for fleet vehicles
- Maintain staff scheduling for projects
- Book travel for Staff, Managers and Executive Leadership
- Book rental vehicles as needed for project use
- Provide clerical support including, but not limited to, the Executive team, Operations Manager, Supervisors and Investigators, such as filing, coordinating project tasks and arranging meetings
- Send new hire paperwork and organize onboarding training and orientation
- Conduct reference checks
- Manage the uniform process and inventory for new and existing staff
- Generally support the Operations of the Calgary (HQ), Edmonton, Yellowknife, Vancouver, and Winnipeg branch offices.
- Develop basic administrative policies and procedures
- Develop report and document templates
- Review and gather statistics for reports
- Organize receipts, reconcile credit card transactions, and the processing of expense reports
- Maintain employee and sub-contractor records including licensing, and training documents
- Occasionally will require in-town errands such as picking up mail, delivering packages.
- Perform other related duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the security, investigations or law enforcement field would be considered a strong asset
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive issues and highly confidential information with a high degree of judgement and discretion
- Must be highly self motivated and produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify enhancements and recommend modifications to systems, policies and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role may occasionally involve running errands, such as trips to the post office, picking up supplies, or attending in-person meetings. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Edmonton or the surrounding area to accommodate these responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
