**Main Duties**
- Complete opening/closing duties as required, complete restaurant side duties & cleaning duties, and ensuring you and your teammates are continually set up for success.
- Enthusiastically engage resort guests while tending to their food and beverage service needs.
- Better the guest experience with exceptional product knowledge of menus, features and added enhancements.
- Utilize great communication skills to provide superior guest service.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in effectively taking orders and entering information into the POS system.
- Ensure everything promised is delivered with expediency and accuracy.
**Working Conditions**
This position is in a fast-paced environment with a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings. Multiple cross-training opportunities are typically available within the department.
