**Job Summary**

**We are looking to fill the following positions**:
**Servers/ Bartenders/Beverage Cart Attendants/Sandwedge Hut Operators**

Sylvan Lake Golf and Country Club is located in the resort town of Sylvan Lake Alberta. Just steps away from the beach. Our 18 Hole golf courses sits on 150 acres of beautifully landscaped treed property.

We are proud to offer some of the finest banquet facilities in Western Canada, the perfect destination for a variety of events and tournaments throughout the season. Our 8000 square foot clubhouse is open daily for casual dining, along with our neighborhood style pub Duffers Den and our snack hut, out on the course, Sandwedge Deli.

Sylvan Lake Golf and Country Club is open to public and members from Mid April to October *Weather Pending* We offer all the finest and latest golf apparel and accessories in our Pro Shop, located just inside the clubhouse.

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Sanitate work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and transactions accurately.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience and promote menu items.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere in the dining areas.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus but not required.
