Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site 2nd Cook position at Elk Ridge Resort, located in Waskesiu Lake, SK. The 2nd Cook will assist in food preparation and production, maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, and ensure all meals adhere to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, collaborating with the culinary team, upholding food safety protocols, and assisting in maintaining inventory. The role requires a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for resort guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills
  • Strong understanding of food safety, handling, and sanitation practices
  • Experience working collaboratively within a culinary team to produce quality meals
  • Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen organization
