Cultus Lake, Canada Maars Burger Bar Full time

Job Overview:
Maars burger bar is now hiring full and part time staff members for the Spring
- Summer season. Position will include working directly with customers. You will be required to take orders, pour drinks, help to assemble orders, serve food to customers and assist in the kitchen as needed.

The hours will be flexible, weekends mandatory. Hours may be lower in the spring season likely 6 hour shifts weekends only and then will grow in the summer to longer full time shifts.

We prefer staff to be 19 and above, with their Serving it Right certificate and Food Safe, but have a few positions for those under 19. We are located in Cultus lake so having access to reliable transportation is a must.

No experience necessary

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and take orders
- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Ensure accuracy in order taking and delivery
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

**Salary**: $16.75-$19.22 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
