**Main** **Responsibilities**:
The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Receive incoming calls, direct them accordingly, take messages
- Distribution of mail to all departments
- Perform various administrative duties (i.e. mailing, scanning, photocopying, cataloguing and coordinating courier pickups)
- Coordinate and assist with hosting of all company social functions (including virtual)
- Assist with organizing and managing the desks of senior management (includes assistance with creation and maintenance of documents)
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Support all teams with administrative related tasks as needed
**Main Requirements**:
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills - must be fluently bilingual (French, English) to meet clients' demands
- Computer literacy (Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Solid customer service communication skills in dealing with clients, carriers, and fellow colleagues (verbal and written)
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Enjoys multi-tasking and is a team player
- Pro-active and self-motivated
