**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to an IM/IT Director, the IM/IT Manage oversees a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of initiatives and programs throughout the province.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- An undergraduate degree in a related field required (Such as Human Resources, Information Sysytems, or Buisness Administration). Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, UKG) is an asset
- Experience in complex unionized environment an asset
- Certifications in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professionals (PMP), organizational change management certification and/or CPHR (Certified professional human resources)s are an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence and collaborate with a diverse group of partners
- Excellent project management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight
- Experience with data analytics, reporting tools and system integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical partners

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$46.35- $57.94 Hourly
