**About the Opportunity**:
An IM/IT Manager, reports to an IM/IT Director, and oversees a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of initiatives and programs throughout the province as the organization moves towards the rationalization of disparate systems and the OPOR strategy.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Undergraduate degree in a related field required. Consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience required
- Knowledge of pathology and lab in complex health environment is desirable
- IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professions (PMO) and/or organizational change management certification an asset
- Experience supporting systems and related services in a complex health care organizational environment considered an asset
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and security considerations is desirable
- Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to execute through effective delegation, motivation and oversight
- Experience in data analytics
- Experience in incident response, cyber security threats and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in working with patient care leaders

- Long-assignment, Full-time Position; 75 Hours Biweekly
- Hybrid work arrangement (work from home and on site)

**Compensation and Benefits**:
$46.36 - $57.95 Hourly
