**The main tasks**:

- Provide day to day administrative support to our President as directed
- Coordinate general office operations
- Oversee travel requests, Calendar and Inbox management
- Write and generate content for the promotion of our products across multiple platforms
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls
- General Sales department support

**Requirements**:

- High level Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Excellent written communication, including strong proof reading capabilities
- Previous experience in content research and creation
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in English, highly advantageous
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role, highly desired
- English a must, with basic level of French required
