- Maintain accurate employee records in Homebase and QuickBooks.
- Support managers and employees with payroll and benefits inquiries in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
- Take on accounting and administration projects as assigned, including financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist with compliance reporting (statutory deductions, T4s, ROEs, etc.).
- Continuously look for ways to streamline payroll and benefits processes for efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in payroll administration and benefits management (retail/wholesale experience an asset).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a people-first approach to issue resolution.
- Highly detail-oriented, task-focused, and efficient in managing deadlines.
- Proficiency with Homebase and QuickBooks (or similar payroll/accounting software).
- Solid knowledge of payroll compliance, employment standards, and statutory requirements.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to take on accounting projects and financial analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**What We Offer**
- A people-centered, collaborative work environment.
