**Mainline Medical Dental Supply** is currently seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing team. We are a family-run business that takes pride in our work and commitment to deliver. We embrace challenges and encourage innovation.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Process bi-weekly hourly and salary payroll of 15+ employees
- Maintain payroll records and files; enter new hires, terminations, etc.
- Administer source deductions, WSIB, T4s, ROEs
- Reconciliations and monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings related to payroll
- Support management with full-cycle recruitment, employee administration, and HR initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrates flexibility and time management when managing multiple tasks and can prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail, resourceful, organized, able to critically think and find logical solutions to meet business demands
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as take direction in a team environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
