In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time, while also managing their comprehensive benefits package.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast -paced environment, and will be able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will be responsible for processing payroll, preparing reports, and reconciling accounts, while also managing our benefits program and ensuring that our employees have access to the best possible benefits.Job Duties:Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.Prepare reports related to payroll and benefits.Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accuracy.Administer our comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings, and other employee benefits.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Communicate with employees regarding payroll and benefits questions and concerns.Keep up -to -date with changes in laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.Collaborate with other members of the HR team to ensure smooth administration of all HR processes. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience working in payroll and benefits administration, and should have a strong understanding of payroll processing software.
