We’re on the hunt for a **Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The Specialist (AKA Account Manager) will report to the General Manager. This role collaborates closely with our marketing experts to create and execute impactful campaigns. Your role is to ensure every client’s journey is seamless and enjoyable while skillfully managing project deadlines, deliverables, and budget expectations for accounts of all sizes.

**The boring stuff, what you’ll do**
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and online ads, that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Liaise with clients to gain a greater understanding of their marketing goals and business needs
- Ensure each client feels like they are our most important client
- Be proactive in all client communications - you don’t wait for the fires to arrive, you predict them and prevent them
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing strategies with client and company goals.
- Ideate new and creative campaigns that drive growth and increase engagement
- Delegate tasks to the project team members while considering current workloads and deadlines
- Create quarterly marketing calendars for clients, ensuring that our plans meet or exceed their expectations
- Align with the marketing team to ensure projects are on time and budget
- Organize the moving parts of a project to enable collaboration and efficient communication
- Translate creative briefs and marketing agreements to coordinate project planning, progress, and deadlines with the team
- Provide clients with progress reports of their projects, present quarterly reviews to clients
- Using your knowledge of the client’s business and goals, recommend services to existing clients to increase campaign results
- Promptly provide budget and scope changes to finance, communicate changes in services and delayed revenue, submit approved quotes
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to improve results.

**Must-Have/Deal Breakers**
- 5+ years of experience ideating and coordinating marketing campaigns
- 3+ years of experience with budgeting, scheduling, and Gantt charts
- 3+ years of facilitating client and team communication
- Excellent English communication, both written and oral
- A valid class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle

**Helpful To Succeed**
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- A proven work history (references required)
- A hard worker with the ability to thrive under pressure and excel at juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
- You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your tone and style to match diverse audiences.
- You have a strategic mindset and can interpret marketing data to make informed recommendations.

- This is an in-office position from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (West Edmonton)

- Salary of $65,538 - $69,634 to start, depending on experience
