**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in sales within the construction or related industry.
- Strong network with key stakeholders in construction, commercial, & retail sectors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, emotional intelligence & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Pay: $100,000.00-$1,000,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 - 56 per week
