**Position Summary**:
We are hiring a **Sales Manager** to take ownership of our sales operations across three major channels:

- **Field Sales** (B2B accounts, restaurants, small businesses)
- **Cash & Carry Sales Floor Management**:

- **Corporate Sales** (chains, franchises, supermarket groups)

You will be responsible for **sales growth, strategic planning, client acquisition**, and **team leadership**, reporting directly to the executive leadership team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Growth & Strategy**
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Expand the customer base across field territory, retail, and corporate channels
- Launch seasonal promotions, bundle offers, and strategic campaigns
- Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis

**Team Management**
- Lead, motivate, and manage the Field Sales Team and in-store sales staff
- Set individual KPIs, track team performance, and implement incentive structures
- Recruit, train, and coach new sales hires
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on growth and customer service

**Corporate & Key Account Development**
- Identify and secure large-scale clients (franchises, food chains, supermarkets)
- Lead proposals, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Oversee account retention, upselling, and expansion opportunities

**Cash & Carry Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day in-store sales floor operations
- Maximize merchandising, foot traffic conversions, and seasonal rotations
- Collaborate with store staff on pricing, displays, and customer experience

**Cross-Department Collaboration**
- Work with Marketing for sales campaigns and product promotions
- Liaise with Purchasing and Inventory teams to ensure product availability
- Support logistics and warehouse for timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback for continuous operational improvement

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years in sales management within food distribution, wholesale, or FMCG
- Proven track record of sales growth and successful team leadership
- Experience handling both B2B sales and retail floor operations
- Strong understanding of corporate account structures and franchise sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM system skills
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle for local travel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
