The General Manger will oversee, assist and train his management team ensuring the smooth daily running of all aspect of the restaurant.
- Manage and analyze service during all operating hours.
- Always uphold Mahony's quality in service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure positive morale and upstanding ethics of managers, FOH, and BOH teams.
- Provide on-going motivation, coaching and effective leadership development of all F&B team members.
- Oversee and ensure general maintenance and cleanliness of property is always maintained.
- Staff scheduling and labour controls.
- FOH Hiring and Training.
- Achieving financial targets and performance goals set by Ownership.
- Work closely with the BOH team to ensure food quality and Customer satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous Management Experience required within a large volume, full-service restaurant or bar.
- Impeccable English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Ability to delegate and follow-up with FOH team.
- Ability to train and lead all areas of the FOH
- Complete knowledge of all positions and functional areas within the restaurant.
- High level of organizational and communication ability.
- Complete understanding and belief in company philosophy and goals of quality and improvement.
- Understanding of what it means to be a company Ambassador.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Work Permit

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
