**You will be**:

- Leading and supporting a team to achieve high levels of quality in service and food
- Providing ongoing training opportunities to develop employees’ product knowledge
- Promoting a positive work environment and culture by maintaining strong and supportive relationships with all team members
- Recognizing good performance and supporting employees when improvement is needed
- Providing staff orientations, ongoing training and development opportunities, and performance reviews for your team
- Holding and attending regular meetings with restaurant leadership team and Operations Manager
- Providing disciplinary action and performance management when warranted
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant labour needs. Prepare schedules and ensure the restaurant is staffed for all shifts
- Responsible for ensuring that all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties are completed accurately, on-time and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales, minimize costs, including food, beverage, and labour costs
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety, liquor laws, and Food Safe

**You have**:

- A minimum of 2 years of recent restaurant experience in a General Manager capacity
- Serving it right
- Basic to intermediate experience with technology
- Experience with MS Word, Excel
- Experience with Optimum Control considered an asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
