About Our Family:
We are a professional family with a young child and a friendly dog, seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Home Assistant to help keep our household organized, clean, and running smoothly.

Position Overview:
This is a part-time, long-term role combining household care, meal preparation, errands, pet care, and basic yard maintenance. We value flexibility and are happy to work with you to set a schedule that fits both our needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Household Management & Cleaning:

- Regular cleaning of all living spaces (vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen)
- Laundry, folding, and ironing as needed
- Organizing household areas and keeping supplies stocked
- Accepting deliveries and coordinating services as required

Meal Preparation & Groceries:

- Weekly meal planning and grocery shopping
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks

Pet Care:

- Daily dog walking (minimum 1 hour per day)
- Feeding and general care

Yard & Seasonal Maintenance:

- Lawn mowing and trimming (equipment provided by the family)
- Weeding garden beds
- Snow clearing of driveway and walkways in winter

Other Ancillary Tasks:

- Running household errands, plant care, and other miscellaneous tasks around the home

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed at standard rates)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
- Previous experience in similar roles preferred, especially household cleaning
- Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
- Comfortable caring for dog
- Ability to lift moderate weights and safely operate household/yard equipment

Hours & Compensation:

- Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week
- Flexible schedule (to be agreed upon together)
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
- Mileage reimbursement for all work-related driving
