**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Assistant to support our sales team in guiding homebuyers through the exciting journey of purchasing a new home. In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, greet potential buyers, maintain model homes, and ensure a professional and welcoming sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and register prospective homebuyers, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties including data entry, scheduling appointments, and filing.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of model homes, sales office, and community signage.
- Ensure marketing materials and displays are stocked and up to date.
- Support sales consultants during open houses, events, and community tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and enhance the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
- Valid drivers license

**Work Environment**:

- Must be able to work in a model home sales office environment.
- Some local travel may be required.
- Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 34 per week
