Primary responsibilities for this position include:

- Entry & distribution of all Accounts Receivable invoicing.
- Provide backup for payroll calculation, entry & payment.
- Other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Assist General Manager with assigned tasks as required.
- Proficient in Sage 50 Canada.
- Experience & understanding of Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with payroll, including understanding of Alberta Payroll Standards.
- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office, specifically Excel & Word.
- Strong oral & written English communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task & skills in prioritizing tasks.
- Independent problem solver within scope of the position.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
