**Job Title: Accounting & Administrative Coordinator**

**Location**: Long Point Eco-Adventures**Reports To**: General Manager**Position Type**: Full-Time

**Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Administration & Accounting**
- Manage and process **labour budgets** based on forecasted sales and operational goals.
- **Prepare and submit** monthly **credit card expense reports**.
- **Prepare and submit** **expense reports** for employees and petty cash.
- **Invoice third party contractors** for reservation system usage.
- **Process e-transfers** for group payments or vendor payments.
- Responsible for all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related tasks
- Manage **payment processors**, including submitting monthly reconciliation reports.
- Submit invoices and ensure proper **invoice processing** via accounting.
- Print cheques, obtain signatures and mail.
- **Prepare bank deposits** and take cash/cheque deposits to the bank.
- Manage office float for all cash sales.
- Manage invoice and expense files on site for each fiscal year.
- Submit ROE’s via the CRA website.
- Manage grant and funding opportunities locally, provincially and federally.

**Administrative Duties**
- **Collect and sort mail** regularly.
- Work alongside LPEA management team to ensure cohesion across the site.

**Qualifications**
- **Diploma or degree** in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **2-3 years of experience** in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- **Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks** is required.
- Data and numerical analysis.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
