We are seeking a **Project Coordinator** with a strong foundation in **finance and data tracking** to support our technology and AI project teams. This role combines project coordination, financial oversight, and data organization to help deliver high-impact IT and AI initiatives on time and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support project managers in **budget creation, forecasting, and financial tracking** for IT and AI/data-driven projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed **Excel dashboards** to track costs, milestones, and KPIs.
- Assist in managing vendor contracts, purchase orders, and financial reconciliations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data science, and business units to ensure project milestones are met.
- Help organize and document project data, metrics, and deliverables for reporting purposes.
- Support preparation of **monthly progress reports** and presentations for leadership.
- Participate in data-related project discussions to understand dependencies and resource planning.
- Identify risks or discrepancies in budgets, timelines, or deliverables and escalate appropriately.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in **Business Administration, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or related field**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in project coordination, ideally supporting IT or technical teams.
- **Advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, charts, macros).
- Strong financial acumen and experience tracking project budgets or expenses.
- Familiarity with **data science concepts, AI tools, or analytics platforms** (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or SQL) is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred but not required.
- Experience with **project management tools** (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $44,427.57-$83,073.28 per year
