The Navadian CHALLENGE:

- Plan digital projects according to available budgets, timelines, and resources

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (IT, innovation, operations, suppliers)

- Organize and lead follow-up meetings, and manage risks and changes

- Track project progress and document variances in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)

- Prepare progress reports and performance indicators for steering committees

- Gather and analyze business needs, and oversee implementation and deployment phases

- Coordinate training, post-implementation support, and adoption follow-up

- Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and tools

You profile:

- University degree in project management, information technology, engineering, or any related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing digital projects

- Proven consistency, analytical approach and collaborative leadership
