Junior Project Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support both Agile and Waterfall project environments, adapting to the needs of each initiative.
- Participate in and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports using Confluence and Jira.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication between teams, contributing to the overall transparency and success of each project.
- Prepare and deliver internal updates and client-facing progress reports as needed.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management role.
- Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bilingual - Fluent in English and [French/Spanish/Other]; strong asset for global team collaboration.
- Certification in project management (CAPM, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience working in tech, software development, or digital transformation projects.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
