Project Control Officer

**Job Title: Project Control Officer - SAP Integration**

**Location**: Montreal, QC, Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Governance**:

- Support multiple Project Managers in establishing and maintaining project governance structures for SAP integration initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- **Reporting and Monitoring**:

- Develop and maintain project reporting mechanisms, providing timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators, identifying and addressing potential issues.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in financial tracking and management for SAP integration projects, including budget monitoring and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure financial controls are in place and project costs are aligned with budget constraints.
- **Risk and Issue Management**:

- Support the identification, assessment, and documentation of project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and implement risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping standards and document version control.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication channels between Project Managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and organize project meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- **Resource Management**:

- Collaborate with Project Managers to track and manage project resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
- Assist in the coordination of staffing needs for SAP integration projects.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold project management standards and ensure deliverables meet predefined criteria.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Control Officer or in a similar project support role.
- Familiarity with SAP integration projects and associated project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or any equivalent certificate, PRINCE2 / CAPM etc.
- Experience working on SAP integration projects.
- Knowledge of financial management and budget tracking.
- Familiarity with risk management and issue resolution strategies.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: From $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
